Hormone balancing salad and Be Beautiful smoothie
Ingredients:
- A handful of arugula
- 50g quinoa
- Half an avocado
- Cherry tomatoes
- Red onion
- Fried shrimps
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp hulled hemp seeds
Sauce:
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
Smoothie ingredients:
- 1 packet of Sume smoothie mix
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Be Beautiful superfood mix
Recipe:
Place arugula on a plate, top with remaining ingredients. To make the sauce, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad.
Enjoy a Be beautiful smoothie with your salad. To make the smoothie, add the ingredients to a blender. Blend and enjoy!
