Description

Vegan ice cream powder enriched with Be Active superfood mix. A healthy easy to make dessert that anyone can enjoy!

The unique composition of vegan ice cream powder Be Active consists of 100% plant-based ingredients and is enriched with blackcurrant powder, freeze-dried blackcurrant pieces, Be Active superfood mix and the fiber inulin. All you need to make ice cream is the liquid you like, a container or a cup and a hand mixer. We recommend using a cylindrical container or a cup.

Direction for use:

From 200 g of vegan ice cream powder Be Active you will get 1 L of ice cream.

Dissolve 200 g of powder in 300 ml of cold water or 350 ml of plant-based drink (e.g almond drink).
Put the mixture into freezer for at least 1,5 hours.
Whip the mix using electric mixer for 2-5 minutes until it is fluffy enough.
Put again into freezer for at least 6 hours or leave it overnight.

Notice!

The freezing time should be reduced if you want to make a smaller amount of ice cream and increased if you want to make a larger amount of ice cream.

What does this product consist of?

Ingredients: agave sugar, coconut fat, freeze-dried blackcurrant powder (11%), maltodextrin, freeze-dried blackcurrant pieces (7%), Be Active superfood mix (beetroot powder, freeze-dried blackcurrant powder (25%), freeze-dried goji berry powder, chia seeds, freeze-dried camu-camu powder), inulin, inactive Lalmin® Vita D yeast (natural Vitamin D and B12 yeast), freeze-dried banana powder, pea protein, stabilizers (triphosphates, sodium alginate, potassium phosphate; emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, guar gum), salt.

Storage

Keep in cool and dry place without direct sunlight.
