Description

The ice cream powder with a unique composition contains COLLAGEN EDITION Raspberry & Cherry collagen mix and is enriched with dragon fruit powder, freeze-dried raspberry flour and fiber inulin. All you need to make ice cream is the liquid you like, a container or a cup and a hand mixer. We recommend using a cylindrical container or a cup! Ice cream made from collagen ice cream powder is a healthy dessert that anyone can make!

Collagen is the most abundant protein in our body, but the body’s ability to synthesize it decreases with age. The collagen mix in our ice cream powder contains high-quality hydrolyzed bovine collagen, which helps improve skin elasticity and supports joint health.

Direction for use: from 200g of collagen ice cream powder you will get 1l of ice cream.

Dissolve 200g of powder in 300ml of cold water or 350ml of plant-based drink (e.g almond drink). Put the mixture into freezer for at least 1,5 hours. Whip the mix using electric mixer for 2-5 minutes, until it is fluffy enough. Put again into freezer for at least 6 hours or leave it overnight.

 

Notice! The freezing time should be reduced if you want to make a smaller amount of ice cream and increased if you want to make a larger amount of ice cream.

What does this product consist of?

Ingredients: agave sugar, coconut fat, COLLAGEN EDITION Raspberry’n’Cherry collagen mix (hydrolysed bovine collagen, freeze-dried raspberry powder, freeze-dried cherry powder, freeze-dried camu-camu powder, freeze-dried lemon powder), maltodextrin, freeze-dried raspberry powder, inulin, raspberry granules, dragon fruit powder, inactive Lalmin® Vita D yeast (natural Vitamin D and B12 yeast), pea protein, stabilizers (triphosphates, sodium alginate, potassium phosphate; emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, guar gum), salt.

 

 

Storage: Keep in cool and dry place, without direct sunlight.
