Refreshing Liver Detox salad

Ingredients:

Detox salad:

  • 120 g of quinoa
  • 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • A pinch of salt
  • Water to cook the quinoa

Sauce:

  • 1 avocado
  • 100-125ml water (depending on how liquid you want the sauce)
  • 1 tbsp Tamari soy sauce
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 tbsp Liver Detox
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Recipe:

Cook the quinoa in salted water according to the instructions on the package. In a food processor, mix all the components of the sauce until smooth.

Serve and enjoy. The recipe makes enough for two servings.
