Be Slim protein balls

Ingredients:

  • 100g of almonds
  • 70g of dates
  • 2 tablespoons of Be Slim
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt

Recipe:

Soak the dates in hot water for 15 minutes. Crush the nuts in a food processor, drain the dates and add all the remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth, form into balls and enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator.
