Refreshing Liver Detox salad

Ingredients:
Detox salad:
- 120 g of quinoa
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 tomato
- A pinch of salt
- Water to cook the quinoa
Sauce:
- 1 avocado
- 100-125ml water (depending on how liquid you want the sauce)
- 1 tbsp Tamari soy sauce
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/2 tbsp Liver Detox
- Salt
- Pepper
For decoration:
- 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
- Fresh sprouts
Recipe:
Cook the quinoa in salted water according to the instructions on the package. In a food processor, mix all the components of the sauce until smooth.
Serve and enjoy. The recipe makes enough for two servings.
