Where to add superfood mixes?

Superfood mixes are a new sight in the stores and often they make us ask more questions than give answers. The most common questions are ” How I should use them?”, “Can I put them inside water or only to smoothie?” or “What is the recommended usage amount?”. There are many questions and we hope that this post can give you answers.

Superfood mixes can be used with various products, our mixes are suitable in a smoothie, porridge, quark, curd, Greek yoghurt, pudding, raw cakes and different healthy snacks:

Be Active in raw vegan cake,

Be Fit in almond-protein balls,

Be Beautiful in cheesecake,

Be Active and Be Fit with watermelon slices,

Be More mixes can be taken in with water also, but it is preferred to eat with food. First of all these mixes are meant to support healthy lifestyle and are not meant to replace a meal. It is all about healthy lifestyle and our mixes are a good addition for extra vitamins, minerals, fiber and protein from your meal.

We advise to begin with 1 tablespoon, you can always put more or less accordingly how you like the taste. With Detox we advice to put in 1 teaspoon and later increase the amount to 3 teaspoons.
