This combo is suitable for everyone who wants their body to be charged with enough energy and health to be supported by vitamins and minerals. The combo consists of a berry-flavored Be Active superfood mix and a cocoa-flavored Be Fit superfood mix.

Be Active superfood mix supports your health with 5 different superfoods and is a rich source of vitamin C. The Be Fit superfood mix also consists of 5 superfoods, including two plant-based protein sources. The pea and hemp protein in the Be Fit superfood mix contain all the essential amino acids. Goji berries, which are found in both Be Active and Be Fit superfood mix, contain vitamins A, C, potassium and phenolic acids and flavonoids. Therefore, Goji berries are considered a good source of antioxidants.

What does these products consist of?

Be Active superfood mix ingredients: beetroot powder (35%), freeze-dried blackcurrant powder (25%), freeze-dried goji berry powder (23%), chia ceeds (15%), freeze-dried camu-camu powder (2%).

Be Fit superfood mix ingredients: pea protein powder (30%), raw cocoa powder (25%), hemp protein powder (20%), freeze-dried goji berry powder (20%), hemp seeds (5%).

How to use it?

We recommend adding 1 tablespoon of superfood mix to porridge, smoothie, yoghurt, or other food/drink.

Here are some recommendations for you to follow to keep up with the pace of an active lifestyle with enough energy:

– Eat regularly, 5-6 meals a day, every 3 to 4 hours

– Fruits, berries, natural raw bars (e.g., Be More raw bars), smoothies, nuts may be consumed as a snacks

– Reduce consumption of refined products and products with added sugar

– Consume whole grain products, fruits, berries, or legumes as a source of carbohydrates
