Winter cocoa smoothie bowl
Ingredients:
- half a banana
- a handful of frozen cauliflower
- a glass of oatmeal
- 2 dates
- 1/4 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
- a little Bourbon vanilla
- 250 ml of plant-based milk
- 1 tablespoon Be Slim superfood mix
- coconut cream for decoration
Recipe:
- Blend all the ingredients and decorate the smoothie bowl with drops of coconut cream.
