Winter cocoa smoothie bowl

Ingredients:

  • half a banana
  • a handful of frozen cauliflower
  • a glass of oatmeal
  • 2 dates
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
  • a little Bourbon vanilla
  • 250 ml of plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon Be Slim superfood mix
  • coconut cream for decoration

Recipe:

  • Blend all the ingredients and decorate the smoothie bowl with drops of coconut cream.
