Gingerbread elves

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Be More gluten-free gingerbread cookies
  • whipped cream (plant-based or regular)
  • powdered sugar or other sweetener of your choice
  • fresh strawberries

Recipe:

  • Whip the whipped cream with sugar and place in a piping bag.
  • Place the gingerbread cookies on a tray.
  • Decorate with whipped cream and strawberries.
  • Helpful advice! Cut the strawberries flat on the bottom, then they will stand more stable on the whipped cream.
