Lactose Free Superfood Buns

Ingredients:

  • 350g flour
  • 6g dry yeast
  • 0.5 tsp of salt
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
  • 250ml Friendly Vikings oat drink
  • 1 room temperature egg
  • 100g  lactose-free butter (room termperature)

Filling:

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk an egg in a separate bowl. Add ann egg and oat milk to the dry ingredients.  Add the butter, knead gently. Leave the dough to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Shape the buns and let rise on the plate for another 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the buns in the oven for 10 minutes. Then take the buns out of the oven, brush with the egg/oat drink and leave to bake for another 10 minutes.

To make the filling, add the lactose-free whipped cream, vanilla sugar, Be Beautiful and Be Active superfood mix to a bowl. Mix. Scoop out the buns with a spoon. Then add the jam and decorate with whipped cream.
