Be Active vegan blackcurrant ice cream

NB! The recipe uses half a pack of ice cream powder.

  • It is recommended to take a bowl with a high rim, in which you can mix the ice cream mixture later.
  • Add 100 g of Be Active ice cream powder and 175 ml of oat milk, mix until smooth.
  • Place the bowl in the freezer for 45 minutes.
  • Then whip the mixture for about 2-3 minutes with a mixer. The mixture should become airy and foamy.
  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream mold and freeze overnight.
  • Cover the ice creams with melted chocolate and enjoy!
