I love my body so much!

And this is one of the main reasons why I enjoy an active and sporty lifestyle – exercise offers so many health benefits and keeps the body toned.

I place equal importance on what I eat and how I eat it because I want to give my body only what it needs and uses. Every day, my body tries its hardest to operate and stay healthy, and I want to help it along.

Be More products have been a part of my menu for many years, and their ongoing efforts to develop new items open up new choices and flavors for me.

As an educator, I am used to eating different Be More raw bars during breaks. They are delicious and also nutrient-dense. Date balls are now included in the assortment, and they’ve quickly become my new favorite, especially blueberry date balls.

I was initially introduced to the world of science-based supplements years ago, and my initial skepticism developed into a strong belief in a relatively limited products. The capacity to discriminate between goods that are merely empty promises on store shelves and those that genuinely function and benefit people has been enhanced over time. I am happy that one of the Estonian businesses has advanced significantly and joined the ranks of producers of scientifically supported nutritional supplements.

I enjoy using several of Be More products, including the collagen powder from the Be Beautiful line, as well as the raw bars and teas. But on a daily basis, I definitely need one – Relax capsules. My personality still makes it difficult for me to control my highs and lows, and when stress enters my dreams, there is little I can do but swallow two capsules and entrust my restful sleep to the astute minds of science.

We are a sporty family whose main sport is triathlon. Priit is a physiotherapist and a founding member and head coach of the Tripassion Triathlon Club. Sigrid is a dentist by profession. Ben is still 3 years old and enjoys running around in the nursery and just like that.

With the fast and busy pace of life, it is convenient to have a healthy Bemore bar from your pocket every hour to satisfy your or your child’s hunger. It is also good to grab for dessert instead of chocolate or even better, if you have time, make Be active ice cream for dessert instead. After training, it is also easy to quench the first hunger with a smoothie containing Besporty. An exciting breakfast recipe for oatmeal for a change:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 brown rice or galettes
  • 200g plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of honey or syrup
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon of BE FIT superfood powder

PREPARATION:

Blend the galettes completely in a blender or food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Leave it in the fridge for 3 hours and it’s ready!

I also decorated with pomegranate seeds.

We really like Be more superfood mixes as they are a great addition for a healthy meal. Be More superfood mixes are rich in fibre. We add them to our smoothies to keep us feeling full for longer.
Be More raw bars are a great snack on a busy day, because they are good to put in your bag and take with you on the road. The bars are rich in antioxidants, so they boost the immune system and keep us healthy and young for longer.

Favourite smoothie:

  • 1 Preferably ripe banana that has been previously frozen in the freezer for at least 3 hours
  • 100g of frozen raspberries or other berries of your choice
  • 1 tbsp Be Beautiful superfood mix (because it’s pink)
  • Serve with Be More raw cacao nibs or anything else you like

Put the frozen banana and berries in a bowl and blend with a hand blender until the consistency resembles ice cream, add the Be More superfood mix. Serve with extra antioxidant-rich raw cacao nibs and, if desired, fresh berries. Use a food processor or a powerful blender to puree. If necessary, add a little water or plant based milk.

Because of my busy lifestyle, Be More raw bars are absolutely essential for me. I have them with me always and everywhere – I can’t even count how many times the raw bars in my bag have saved me from an unhealthy bite on fast-paced and busy days!

But probably the most I use Be More superfood mixes, which I consume alternately – a different mix every month, so the need for minerals and vitamins in my body is supported throughout the year. I use superfood powders in many different foods: smoothies, fruit salads, sometimes in yoghurt or porridge.

Separately, I would highlight vegan ice cream powders. The ice cream powder with blackcurrant and Be Active superfood mixture exceeded my expectations many times over. It is a very authentic ice cream and it is also a super fun activity to do with my son!

Favourite smoothie:

  • Fruit salad (my favourite breakfast)
  • Pour your favourite yoghourt into the bottom of the bowl
  • Cut up a banana, pear, avocado for toppings
  • Add sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds, mulberry berries, hazelnuts
  • Mix the salad with 1 tablespoon of the superfood mix
  • To add to the taste, drop 4-5 drops of doTerra orange oil on the salad
