Gingerbread elves
Ingredients:
- 1 package of Be More gluten-free gingerbread cookies
- whipped cream (plant-based or regular)
- powdered sugar or other sweetener of your choice
- fresh strawberries
Recipe:
- Whip the whipped cream with sugar and place in a piping bag.
- Place the gingerbread cookies on a tray.
- Decorate with whipped cream and strawberries.
- Helpful advice! Cut the strawberries flat on the bottom, then they will stand more stable on the whipped cream.
