Be Active vegan blackcurrant ice cream
Ingredients:
- 100 g of Be Active vegan ice cream powder
- 175 ml of oat milk
- Chocolate for decoration
Recipe:
NB! The recipe uses half a pack of ice cream powder.
- It is recommended to take a bowl with a high rim, in which you can mix the ice cream mixture later.
- Add 100 g of Be Active ice cream powder and 175 ml of oat milk, mix until smooth.
- Place the bowl in the freezer for 45 minutes.
- Then whip the mixture for about 2-3 minutes with a mixer. The mixture should become airy and foamy.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream mold and freeze overnight.
- Cover the ice creams with melted chocolate and enjoy!
