The Be More book Woman and Health. The book “Woman and Health” is the result of the author’s years of experience in the field of healthy eating and her personal interest in health issues. It contains honest stories of Estonian women who have encountered health problems at different stages of their lives. These women include those who have faced cancer and those who have felt the pleasures and also the pain of being a woman. Many of them have suffered from mental health problems such as chronic stress, anxiety, depression, sleep problems. The book also includes stories about thyroid problems, malnutrition and psoriasis. These are not just stories of experience, but are interwoven with suggestions and advice for anyone who might find themselves in the same situation. There are fourteen of these stories in the book, but in reality there are many more around us. The important thing is that we can learn from the stories ourselves and realise that we are not alone in our stories.
The second chapter of the book contains lots of advice and science-based information on how to look after your health, eat healthily, remember to rest and be physically active. The final section of the book contains 23 simple recipes, with Be More health products as components.

A pleasant raspberry tea from Be Beautiful. Be Beautiful tea is a delicious raspberry tea, made up of seven different superfoods straight from nature. Estonian raspberries are an excellent source of vitamin C, which contributes to the formation of collagen for normal skin function and helps protect cells from oxidative stress. For the hot tea, add 2 teaspoons of tea powder to a cup, pour over 200ml ~80-85˚ water and steep for ~5 minutes. Keep the tea dry and cool and out of direct sunlight if possible.
