What does this product consist of?

How to use it?
For hot tea, add 2 teaspoons of tea grounds to a cup, pour over 200ml ~80-85˚ water and let it steep for ~5-7 minutes.

Portion size
For hot tea, add 2 teaspoons of tea grounds per cup, which is ~2 grams. For iced tea, add 3 teaspoons of tea grounds per cup, which is ~3 grams.

One 75g glass jar makes approximately 33 cups of tea, the actual number depends on the size of the portions used.
