How to use it?

The collagen and superfood mixes can be added to the smoothie, porridge, muesli or to your preferred food. Collagen is also suitable for mixing with water.

For hot tea, add 2 teaspoons to a teacup, pour 200ml ~ 80-85˚ water and let it brew for ~ 5 minutes.
