Be Sleepy is chamomile loose tea that consists of five different ingredients straight from nature. Chamomile has an extremely strong anti-inflammatory and anti-hypersensitivity effect. Chamomile, unlike green or black tea, has a calming effect. In addition, it doesn’t contain caffeine and has been used over time to relieve sleep disorders. Scientists are convinced that sleep is aided by the light yellow plant-based dye apigenin, which has a calming effect on the nervous system. Among the other ingredients – ginger – contains melatonin, which has a calming effect and contributes to a peaceful sleep.

For hot tea, add 2 teaspoons to a teacup, pour 200ml ~ 80-85˚ water and let it brew for ~ 8 minutes.
For iced tea, add 3 teaspoons to a teacup, pour 250ml ~ 80-85˚ water and let it brew for ~ 30 minutes. Serve with lots of ice!
For hot tea, add 2 teaspoons to a teacup, ~ 2 grams. For iced tea, add 3 teaspoons to a teacup, ~ 3 grams.
Each 36g package contains up to 18 servings, depending on portion size.
Store at room temperature, keep away from direct sunlight if possible.
