đź’™ Tropical mocktail with blue spirulina and collagen

🥥 Ingredients:
1/2 tsp Be More blue spirulina powder
1 tsp Be More collagen
200 ml pineapple nectar
1 tbsp coconut cream
1/2 lime fresh juice
Fresh mint leaves
Ice cubes
Mineral water
👩‍🍳 Preparation:
Blend together pineapple nectar, lime juice, coconut cream and collagen.
If desired, you can strain the mixture through a sieve to remove the coconut cream precipitate.
Dissolve 1/2 tsp of blue spirulina powder in 4 cl of mineral water until you get a uniform blue mixture.
Add fresh mint leaves and lime slices to the bottom of the glass and mash them lightly to release the aroma.
Add ice cubes, pour the blended mixture on top, add mineral water and then carefully add the blue spirulina mixture.
Decorate as you wish!
