Turmeric pumpkin smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 100 g pumpkin puree
- 3 dates
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 Be More turmeric & black pepper capsule
- 200 ml of plant-based milk

- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- If desired, add cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom to get an even more pleasant spicy experience!
