Summery delight
Ingredients:
- 200g Be More ice cream powder
- 350ml plant-based drink
Recipe:
Mix 200g of ice cream powder with 300ml of cold water or 350ml of plant-based drink, we use our favourite friendly vikings Estonian oat drink.
Put the mixture into the freezer for at least 1.5 hours. Whip with a mixer for 2-5 minutes until the mixture is airy then pour the mixture into the mould.
Refrigerate again for at least 6 hours or leave in the freezer overnight. Enjoy!!
