Mother’s Day energy bites

👉🏻 These healthier raspberry-cherry collagen bites are full of flavors that caress both the stomach and the soul 🍒

You will need:

100g Pähklinäpp almonds
50–70 g Pähklinäpp dates (soak in hot water for 10 minutes)
2 heaped teaspoons Be More Collagen Edition raspberry-cherry collagen blend
1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation:

Process the almonds until finely ground.
Add the softened dates, collagen blend, coconut oil and vanilla extract.

Process until you get a smooth, slightly sticky mass.
Form small balls and roll the finished treats in coconut flakes or raspberry-cherry collagen blend.
