Ice-cream cake
Ingredients:
Bottom:
- 200 g nut mixture
- 1 teaspoon of Be More hulled hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp Be Slim superfood mix
- 5-6 dates
Ice cream layer:
- 200 g Be More Be Fit ice cream powder
- 350 ml plant-based drink
Preparation:
To make the base, blend the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Press the mixture into a cake tin and place in the fridge to set. In a bowl, mix the ice-cream powder and the plant-based drink and place the mixture in the freezer for 1.5 hours. Take the mixture out and mix until it becomes a nice foamy in consistency. Pour the ice-cream mixture onto the cake base and return to the freezer to set. Decorate with nuts and/or fruit of your choice.
