Cookies for Father’s Day

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 15g dark chocolate
  • raspberry cubes
  • handful of almonds
  • 2 tablespoons of Be Slim Superfood
  • 1 egg

Preparation:

1. To bake, preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Mash the bananas until smooth and add the other ingredients.
3. Mix well until the mixture is smooth.
4. Shape small biscuits (about 1 tablespoon for each biscuit) and place them on the baking tray. The biscuits will not expand during baking, so it’s worth pressing them a little.
6. Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes, until lightly golden brown.
7. Let them cool and serve.
