Chia Coconut Pudding with Blue Whipped Cream

Ingredients:

🥥 Chia Coconut Pudding:

  • Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp agave syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp Be More Chia seeds

💙 Blue Whipped Cream:

  • 100 ml oat cream (for whipping)
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp blue spirulina powder

Preparation:

1. In serving glasses, mix coconut milk, yogurt, agave syrup, vanilla extract, and chia seeds.
2. Let the mixture set in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
3. Whip the oat cream together with agave syrup, vanilla extract, and spirulina powder until it’s light and fluffy.
4. Gently swirl the blue whipped cream on top of the pudding.

Garnish with blue spirulina powder and serve as a delightful treat! 💙
