Be More Quinoa Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 3 handfuls arugula
  • tomato
  • fresh cucumber
  • paprika
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • carrot
  • Pähklinäpp seed mix
  • soft white cheese
  • 2 tbsp Be More Peeled hemp seeds
  • pomegranate sauce

Preparation:

1. Boil the quinoa
2. Chop the tomato, cucumber, paprika and garlic and grate the carrot chips
3. Add all the ingredients to a bowl
4. Sprinkle with soft white cheese
5. Shake on the Pähklinäpp seed mix and Be More shelled hemp seeds
6. Add the pomegranate sauce, which adds the perfect sweet and sour taste to the bowl!
