Ingredients:

• 1 pack Sume Sunrise smoothie mix
• 5 pcs of almonds
• 2 pcs of dates
• 2 tbsp Be Slim superfood mix
• 1 tbsp oatmeal
• 150 ml water

Recipe:

Add ingredients to blender, blend.
