Birthday smoothie
Ingredients:
- Sume Smoothie Pinacolada blend (if not on hand, use coconut, pineapple, apple and banana).
- 1 tbsp Be More Buckthorn n Lemon collagen blend
- 1 tbsp Be More Mango n Lemon collagen blend
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- Glass of water or plant-based drink
Preparation:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until you get a creamy consistency.
