For a hot tea, add 2 teaspoons of tea powder to a cup, pour over 200ml of 100˚ water and steep for 6-8 minutes. For hot tea, add 2 teaspoons of tea powder in a cup of ~2 grams. One 85g glass jar will yield approximately 43 tea cups, the actual number will depend on the portion size consumed. Keep the product dry and out of direct sunlight if possible.
