Ingredients:

  • 150 g frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries)
  • 1/2 banana
  • a handful of cashews
  • a little vanilla extract and Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Strawberry’n’Blackcurrant collagen
  • 1 glass of plant-based milk
