Be Active ice cream cake
Ingredients
Base:
- 120g nuts (e.g. almonds, cashews, hazelnuts or a mixture of these)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- a pinch of salt
Ice cream:
- 1 pack of Be Active ice cream powder
- 300ml plant-based milk
Decoration:
- Dark chocolate
- Fresh berries
Recipe
First, mix the ice cream powder with milk in a bowl and put it in the fridge for 1.5 hours.
Prepare the base – crush the nuts in a food processor and then add all the remaining ingredients, mix until smooth and press into the bottom of the cake tin. Put in the fridge to wait.
Take the ice cream mixture and whip for a few minutes until the mixture is fluffy. Pour into the bottom and place in the freezer overnight.
Before serving, decorate with melted chocolate and berries.
