What does this product consist of?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Ingredients: Hibiscus, Apples, Rosehip, Rowan, Raisin, Melissa, Carrot, Cranberry, Rose flowers, Marigold flower, Ros\u00e9 pepper.<\/p>\n

How to use it?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

For hot tea, add 2 teaspoons to a teacup, pour 200ml ~ 80-85\u02da water and let it brew for ~ 5-7 minutes.<\/p>\n

For iced tea, add 3 teaspoons to a teacup, pour 250ml ~ 80-85\u02da water and let it brew for ~ 30 minutes. Serve with lots of ice!<\/p>\n

For hot tea, add 2 teaspoons to a teacup, ~ 2 grams. For iced tea, add 3 teaspoons to a teacup, ~ 3 grams.<\/p>\n
