What does this combo consist of?

This combo consists of 4 different loose teas and we’ve listed all the ingredients below.

Detox ingredients: Lemongrass, Freeze-Dried Apples, Yerba Mate (Ilex Paraguariensis), Red Clover, Fennel Seeds, Chicory Root, Green Rooibos, Peppermint Leaves.

Be Beautiful ingredients: Freeze-Dried Raspberries, Raspberry Leaves, Freeze-Dried Apples, Melissa, Moringa, Green Rooibos, Peppermint Leaves.

Be Active ingredients: Freeze-Dried Blackcurrants, Blueberry Leaves, Black Currant Leaves, Hibiscus, Peppermint Leaves.

Be Sleepy ingredients: Chamomile, Melissa, Ginger, Peppermint Leaves, Freeze-Dried Cherries.

How to use it?

For hot tea, add 2 teaspoons to a teacup, pour 200ml ~ 80-85˚ water and let it brew for ~ 5 minutes.

For iced tea, add 3 teaspoons to a teacup, pour 250ml ~ 80-85˚ water and let it brew for ~ 30 minutes. Serve with lots of ice!

Serving size:

For hot tea, add 2 teaspoons to a teacup, ~ 2 grams. For iced tea, add 3 teaspoons to a teacup, ~ 3 grams.

Servings per package:

Each 36g package contains up to 18 servings, depending on portion size, in total up to 72 cups of tea.

Storage conditions

Store at room temperature, keep away from direct sunlight if possible.

What does the teas taste like?

Detox: Detox has a refreshing lemony flavor and aroma, imparted by the depth of Yerba Mate and the sweetness of a freeze-dried apple.

Be Beautiful: Be Beautiful has a pleasingly tasty raspberry flavor, complemented by melissa, rooibos and freshness by the mint.

Be Active: Be Active has a sour blackcurrant flavor, that is freshened up by amazing minty aftertaste.

Be Sleepy: Be Sleepy has a pleasant chamomile flavor with a small hint of melissa and slightly spicy ginger.

Lemongrass

Yerba Mate (Ilex Paraguariensis)

  • Yerba Mate contains a significant amount of vitamins and minerals.
  • Yerba Mate also contains useful substances like tannins, trace elements, chlorophyll, flavonoids and 15 amino acids. It contains more antioxidants than any other green tea – for example, it contains polyphenols, which are a large group of antioxidants.

Red clover
