In the combo you will find the Be Healthy superfood mix, which can be added to a smoothie, porridge or even muesli, it has a good sour taste and a beautiful purple color. The product in the combo is easy to carry and even easier to consume – turmeric and black pepper capsules, which are very easy to take with water.
Be Healthy superfood mix contains a huge amount of vitamin C, which is important for wound healing, increasing the body’s resistance, reducing fatigue and stress, and increasing the absorption of iron. Be Healthy supports the immune system with large amounts of various vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
Turmeric and black pepper capsules are very good immune system boosters. Black pepper supports the immune system and has antioxidant, antiparasitic and antimicrobial qualities. Turmeric supports the nervous system, heart and circulation, helps maintain liver, bone and joint health and keeps the immune system active.
What does this product consist of?
Be Healthy superfood mix: Freeze-dried blackcurrant powder (54%), Chaga powder (18%), chia (Salvia hispanica) seed powder (9%), freeze-dried Jerusalem artichoke powder (9%), freeze-dried Camu-Camu powder (6%), freeze-dried lemon powder (4%).
Turmeric and black pepper capsules: Turmeric (Curcuma longa) root powder, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (glazing agent), black pepper (Piper nigrum) fruit powder.
How to use it?
Add superfood mixture to a smoothie, yogurt, water, porridge, desserts, etc.
Turmeric and black pepper capsules are only for adults 1 capsule per day swallowed with food and water and these are not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers.
