Detox smoothie with raspberries

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 glass of raspberries
  • 1 glass of rice-coconut milk
  • 1-3 tsp of detox powder

You can also add

1 tbsp of soya yogurt (Alpro for example)

Recipe

  • Peel and chop the banana
  • Add all the ingredients to the blender
  • Blend 1-2 minutes
  • You will get 1-2 servings of this amount
