How fast will my order from e-store arrive?
Delivery time is up to 5 working days. When ordering from Monday to Wednesday before 12:00, the package will be sent on the same day. Depending on the location of the post machine, the parcel will arrive in 1-3 working days. Weekend purchases will be mailed on Monday. IN-ESTONIAN TRANSPORTATION TO THE PACKAGE MACHINE IS FREE OF CHARGE FOR OVER 30€. This will also be reflected in your shopping cart.
Notice! After the launch of new products, there is always a pre-sale for up to two weeks – during this time we only post packages that do not contain new products.
Where can I get the packages?
The courier companies Omniva, Smartpost and DPD will deliver your order to the parcel machine or the courier will deliver the parcel to your desired location in your home or office. DPD can also be used to order our products worldwide.
IN-ESTONIAN TRANSPORTATION TO THE PACKAGE MACHINE IS FREE OF CHARGE FOR OVER 30€. This will also be reflected in your shopping cart.
What happens if the product don't suit me?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason the product is not suitable for you, it is possible to return it and we will refund you 100% of the money.

I would like to know more about your products before making a purchase. Where can I find information?
All products have a description that gives a thorough overview of the product, its ingredients and their positive effects on your health.
In addition, you can find many different articles on superfoods, smoothies and other topics in the blog, which you can find under the “Blog” button on top of the front page menu.
Is my data protected when shopping online?
Yes! We use SSL certificates on our website to prevent sensitive information from customers from reaching third parties. We also promise not to pass on sensitive information entering our system.
I have lactose and/or gluten intolerance. Can I consume your products?
All our products are lactose and gluten free. They are made using only the best ingredients from different parts of the world. All our products are 100% natural, with no added preservatives.
We believe that ingredients must be of high quality and we carefully choose our raw material suppliers. The ingredients listed on the package are exactly what you consume.
I'm not very good at making smoothies, but I'd like to try your products. Can you help me out of trouble?
To make it easier to consume our products, we have Recipe section on our menu on the top of the website, which contains many different recipes to try with our products. All recipes are tried and tested by us and are made from ingredients found in our local stores. We are actively updating them, and hope every one can find a suitable recipe from there.
